An Interactive Map of Leg Amputations in Texas

Description

This map displays the mean annual incidence of leg amputations among persons with a diagnosis of both peripheral artery disease and foot ulceration or gangrene (with or without associated infection) for every county with a population of at least 1,000 people. Based on publicly-available data from the state of Texas1. The time period mapped is currently 2010 through 2014; I will be working on this to update it with the available 2015 and 2016 data.
